I am writing regarding my Aeroplan points. My name is Mr.
Fawaz Malki, and my Aeroplan membership number is 51802****.
I recently received an email from Aeroplan regarding the collaboration between Aeroplan and World of Hyatt, which mentioned that Aeroplan points can be converted into World of Hyatt points.
I contacted Hyatt Customer Care regarding this matter, and they advised me that the conversion can be initiated from Aeroplans side and recommended that I contact Aeroplan directly for assistance.
However, I have tried contacting Aeroplan Customer Care multiple times through the available contact numbers, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative. I have also been unable to find a direct customer service number that allows me to speak with an Aeroplan representative.
I currently have 38,531 Aeroplan points and would like to convert these points into World of Hyatt points.
Could you please guide me through the procedure and advise me on the steps required to complete the conversion?
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

Wtf Air Canada? Baggage has been lost now for 8 days, no call, no email, no text.

I need your assistance because I have been trying to reach the call center but have not been able to get through. The issue is that my user ID and password for accessing my Aeroplan account have been deactivated, even though I just recently registered.

Wrong hotel room
I booked the hotel 5 months early and reconfirmed twice with a live agent that theyd booked the correct room. When I got to the hotel, it was the wrong room and by then, there was no availability. Very upset.

Fares on Aeroplan is bit lower than regular booking through Air Canada
I booked a a flight on aeroplan on points and on the day of departure my wife got ill and we asked to be unchecked and agent at the gate said we will cancel it and you should get your points back in to your account.
After emailing them few times I didnt receive any points back in to my account. Also by calling them nothing has been resolved.

No help on booking miles at all
No real customer service. Issue mentioned and discussed but any reply just ignores the problem.
I try to use my AC miles. Every time the system refuses to accept any credit card, new or old, and also refuses to book when trying for flights with *** only.
Written requests for help are ignored. Phone calls (so difficult to get through) help is promised, but then - nothing.
Really poor service. So very disappointing.

The names on both accounts must match EXACTLY. The conversion is 2 Aeroplan points equal 1 Hyatt point.
